All classes are held at the Theatre Aquarius Arts Education Centre located at 55 Wentworth St. South. At the end of the course, participants will share their work with family and friends. The Spring Recital will take place the afternoon/evening of May 30, 2020 on the Theatre Aquarius Mainstage.

Weekdays, 9:00 a.m. – 3:15 p.m. Plus a performance on the Theatre Aquarius Mainstage on Friday, July 17, 2020 at 4:00 p.m.

Each day participants engage in active and creative theatre skills classes, including Acting, Physical Theatre, Dance, Music, Design, and Playwriting. Classes are led by professional artists, including actors, playwrights, composers, and choreographers. In class, artist instructors encourage participants at their own pace and level.

As an ensemble, participants work together to create a new play. The ensemble can utilize a variety of theatre tools to communicate their work, including monologues, scenes, puppetry, physical theatre, song, and movement. At the end of the camp session, the ensemble will present their unique work in a performance.

The camp is held at the Arts Education Centre located at 55 Wentworth St. South. On the last day of camp, however, participants will spend the day at Theatre Aquarius' main theatre centre located at 190 King William St., where they will share their work with family and friends on the Mainstage beginning at 4:00 p.m.

Summer Stock (Ages 14-19) Monday July 6 2020 at 9:30 AM

Weekdays, 9:30 a.m. – 3:15 p.m. Plus a public performance on Saturday, July 25, 2020 (Time and Location TBC)

Participants engage in advanced training in Acting, Physical Theatre, Voice, Movement, Musical Theatre, Play Creation and Design, instructed by professional artists. With professional guidance, participants choreograph movement, compose songs, write and devise scenes, and make costumes and masks, while working together to create a show. They will then perform their work for a public audience.

The camp is held at the Arts Education Centre, located at 55 Wentworth St. South, with the exception of the public performance on July 25, 2020 (Time and Location TBC).
